How many eggs are unhealthy?
Eggs should not be lacking in a balanced diet. But we are allowed to eat a lot of eggs and when does it become unhealthy?

Eggs are an excellent source of protein with a biological value of 100. The value indicates how well the protein is converted and consumed in the body. The egg value is used for routing. How many eggs can I eat?
According to the latest scientific discoveries regarding diseases, no maximum limit can be set on egg consumption for healthy people. A recent series of studies with 177,000 participants examined the relationship between daily egg consumption, blood fats, cardiovascular disease, and mortality in 50 countries. The study found that those who ate at least one egg a day did not suffer from high blood fat levels or cardiovascular disease. The death rate was not higher either. On the other hand, the Nutrition Society recommends up to three eggs per week as part of a balanced diet.
How problematic is cholesterol?
Cholesterol is involved in the formation of hormones, serves as a precursor to bile acid and is an important part of cell walls. The body can produce it itself, and therefore does not depend on food intake. In healthy people, the cholesterol level regulates itself, people with high blood fat levels or even cardiovascular diseases should not consume more than 300 mg of cholesterol. One egg a day will cover about 250 to 280 mg of cholesterol. However, it mainly depends on the general diet, so that the egg is not a problem from time to time.
