I'll be by your side with all your questions during the moving process - from start to finish. That's why I take care of all my clients individually.
I will not make any false promises: I will not offer you a new slimming diet or medicine that will allow you to reach your goals in a very short time. I also don't believe in two-week treatments, where you gain twice as much after that. You will not get anything from me that will help you lose weight instantly and without a healthy diet. What I can offer you, however, is a long-term opportunity to achieve your goals and, above all, to maintain your health - whether it is building muscle, losing weight, coping with pregnancy problems, or improving overall blood values.
The nutrition plan I will create for you is not a diet or miracle cure. My goal is to teach you a way of life that shows you how to eat healthy and balanced over the long term and according to your individual needs.
The cool figure you can make with it is 'just' an extra bonus! Because your health and well-being are at the forefront for me. Once again: I promise that no miracles will happen, no losing 10 kilograms of weight in two weeks. Always remember: what develops over several months or years does not disappear in a few weeks. You have to work consciously and continuously for several weeks or months! With fast food, you destroy not only digestion and intestinal flora, but also the balance of hormonal balance.
So my request to you, regardless of whether I can be your coach or not: Give your body what it needs and then your soul will get what it wants! What is important is: awareness, will and perseverance! As a first step, I would ask you to keep a nutrition log for 5 days. In the log, you need to write in as much detail as possible when and what you ate and drank. If you've been to a restaurant, on the road, or with friends, simply take a photo of your food and email it to me with the completed dietary protocol.

Along with the Nutrition Protocol Form, I will send you another form that you must also fill out completely. (Personal data, popular/unpopular dishes, blood type, living conditions...etc) I then use this form to determine your macronutrient requirements.
If you are on a "Special Nutrition Plan", please send me your lab report/current blood values. (These values must be up to date, i.e. no more than two months old). I will rate them.
As a final step (unless the change is used solely to improve your blood values), please send three photos (front, back, side) as well as your circumference measurements (hips, waist, thighs, upper arm) so I can see you and you too can admire your change after every fourth week.
With the help of your nutrition history, form, blood values and photos, I can get a comprehensive picture of you, your eating habits, health problems and lifestyle. How long can you use the individual nutrition plan and all the knowledge?
Until you reach your goals or forever. I am not offering you a short-term cure, but I will offer you an opportunity to change your lifestyle and gain new knowledge so that you can control your diet in the long term. My plan for you contains many alternatives for different meals so that there is no single day and boredom sets in. Even if it is possible to use the same plan "for life", there are of course situations in which it is recommended to change or adapt the nutrition plan after a certain period of time (eg muscle building, postures, pregnancy...etc.) Essentially, a recalculation is necessary if it changes Your body weight by 15% in the meantime. Adaptation is also necessary if life circumstances or goals change (allergies, pregnancy, new goals, health problems, activity). In all other cases, the plans are available and applicable indefinitely. You have a one-time investment in yourself, your body, and your health that you can benefit from indefinitely!
